Blaser brings product discovery directly to the inbox. With mailix’s interactive product panel, recipients select their interests themselves using category tabs (e.g. sale, women’s, top sellers), immediately see matching products in the email and can navigate to the correct product detail page in the shop with a single click. The result: greater relevance, less friction – and measurable interaction from the very first second.

Objective

Increase relevance and sales from the newsletter by allowing recipients to select their preferred category directly in the email, see the matching products immediately above the fold, and switch to the corresponding product detail page (PDP) via deep link – including clean tracking of interactions for sorting, segmentation, and merchandising, without additional template effort.

Challenge

Many categories, little space: static grids with up to 18 products take up a lot of space, require long scrolling and quickly become obsolete when prices or stock levels change. At the same time, the mailing should look consistent with the brand, work reliably in common clients (mobile & desktop) and be easy to maintain without template modifications.

Solution

The interactive mailix product panel moves category navigation to the inbox. Tapping on a tab updates the panel live in the email; cards with images, titles, prices and clear CTAs are displayed dynamically. Each card links directly to the corresponding product detail page, taking users straight to where purchasing decisions are made.
A key advantage is the space savings: instead of stacking 18 static tiles one below the other, the panel bundles the relevant products compactly above the fold. The most important part is visible at a glance; users no longer have to scroll endlessly and can find the right items more quickly.
The content can be curated or controlled via feeds – ideal for changing prices, stock levels and promotions. The module can be reused for seasonal, sale and category campaigns and integrates seamlessly into existing templates. Thanks to ESP independence, integration via copy/paste is quick and easily scalable.
For maximum reach, mailix automatically detects the email client when it is opened. If interactivity is blocked (e.g. Outlook/GMX), the system displays an adaptive, static version in which all content remains visible and usable. Where interactive elements are missing, mailix additionally inserts an invisible online view link that seamlessly directs users to the interactive web version — including complete tracking of clicks and interactions. This ensures a consistent experience without media breaks or data loss.
